Police in Montgomery County say they received multiple tips about poor living conditions at an animal rescue in Jeffersonville. Undercover officers went to the location and discovered more than 200 cats and 100 dogs being held in the facility, all without proper care. Police say the animals were handed over to a vet who has said they are in very poor health. The two owners of the shelter have been charged with neglect.
