A protest Wednesday at Kentucky’s Capitol building brought roughly 200 people in who are angry at Governor Andy Beshear’s announcement to wait until 2.5 million Kentuckians are vaccinated to lift the current restrictions.

Many protestors held signs reading “My Body My Choice,” in reference to the feeling of ‘pressure’ to get vaccinated.

1.6 million Kentuckians have been vaccinated, Governor Beshear reported on Wednesday.
