Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested 38 year old Joseph M. Craig Junior on charges relating to child sexual abuse material.

Craig was arrested as result of an undercover investigation that began after the suspect shared child sexual exploitation online.

Craig is charged with eight(8) counts of possession of material portraying a child in sexual performance and eight(8) counts of distributing material portraying a child in sexual performance.

These charges are a Class D Felony that are punishable by up to five years in prison.

Craig has been lodged in the Marion County Detention Center.
