Ernestine Hicks, age 86 of Bardstown, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021 at St. Joseph Main, Lexington, Kentucky. She was born May 13, 1934 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Kelly & Mallie Bailey Hale. She was the wife of the late Charles E. Hicks. She was a retired cook for Clark Elementary for 23 years and a member of the Fitzpatrick First Baptist Church.

Visitation will begin Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, April 18, 2021 at 2pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Pastor Tommy Reed officiating

Burial will follow at Richmond Cemetery, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
