Smith “Bub” Patrick age 97 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, April 19, 2021 at the Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.  He was born July 23, 1923 at Hendricks, Kentucky to the late Hamilton “Ham” and Mousa Owens Patrick.

Bub was a United States Navy Veteran and a member of the Burning Fork Community Church.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Friday, April 23, 2021 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Doug Dunn officiating.  Burial will follow in the Highlands Memorial Gardens at Staffordsville, Kentucky.  Friends may visit the funeral home Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior till funeral service.

Military Rites will be given by the Salyersville D.A.V. Chapter 15 the day of service.
