David May , whom is employed by The City Of Salyersville, was arrested Monday after getting drunk and crashing his vehicle. He could hardly stand, and was too drunk to take a sobriety test, according to an arrest citation. May said he was having a rough Monday because of an old church was was recently torn down in Salyersville, much to the dismay of other Salyersville people in the community.
