In 2013 federal agents, along with state police, raided the business of  James and Lisa Chaney. They face a 269 count indictment that alleges the couple has been illegally dispensing drugs for quite some time. In court on Tuesday a former patient of the doctor was called, and according to an article from wymt, she claimed she “didn’t know anything” about modified drug screens. Other witnesses are to be called, as the trial is expected to continue Wednesday.
