Billy Ray Dobson, age 69, of Carrie, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Medical Center. He was born at Vest, Kentucky on May 26, 1951 to Shelby Dobson and Arlena Patrick Dobson.

Funeral Services for Billy Ray Dobson will be held at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM with Ricky Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Dobson Cemetery at Vest, Kentucky. Friends may call for visitation at the Chapel, Friday evening from 6PM to 9PM with additional services at 7PM.
