Jerry Wayne Martin, age 73, of Garrett, Ky, husband of Joanelle Scott Martin, passed away Friday, May 14, 2021 at the Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg, Ky. He was born on November 14, 1947, a son of the late Clem and Marie Fraley Martin, he was a retired worker from the Columbia Gas Company.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 11:00 am in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, with Blaine Depoy and Randy Osborne officiating. Burial will follow in the East Gate Memorial Gardens in Eastern, Ky. Visitation will be at 6:00 pm Sunday, May 16, and all day Monday at Hall Funeral Home.
