Dennis Ray Phipps age 64 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, May 17, 2021 at his home.  He was born September 14, 1956 in Mansfield, Ohio to Earnie and Justina Isaac Phipps.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 22, 2021 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Kermit Gamble officiating. A private burial will follow in the Phipps Family Cemetery at Jellico, Kentucky.  Friends may visit the funeral home Friday, May 21, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
