Dorothy Stambaugh, age 103 of Meally, Kentucky passed from this life Saturday, May 22, 2021 at the Mountain Manor of Paintsville after sharing her life with beloved family and friends.

Born December 2, 1917 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Everett Murphy and Ada Powers Murphy, she was one of eleven children.

A celebration of life will be held 12:00pm Wednesday, May 26, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Kentucky. Jarred Waller will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday after 11:00am until time of services at 12:00pm.
