Carlos E. Neeley, 84, passed away Tuesday, June 15, at Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg, KY. Mr. Neeley was born on Feb. 7, 1937.

Family have chosen the professional and caring staff to oversee this last act of love and respect. Arrangements will be finalized today following the family conference.
