She was born at Leburn, KY on May 21, 1943 to the late Roy Ramey and Polly Smith Ramey.

Funeral services for Jewell Dean (Ramey) Green will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Monday, June 21, 2021 at 1:00PM. Burial will follow at Everett Smith Family Cemetery at Leburn, KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Monday from 11:00AM until time of service at 1:00PM.
