Patricia “Patty Carter” 61 of Louisa, KY passed away June 15, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center following a brief illness.
Patty was born November 15, 1959 in Louisa, the daughter of the late William Henry “Pete” and Geneva Jones Isaac.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday July 3rd at 1:00 pm at the W. M. Shannon Cemetery on Patrick Hill Road Louisa with Pastor Chris Wilson officiating.
Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
