Emery Blevins, age 72, of West Van Lear, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, June 20, 2021 at King’s Daughter Medical Center.

Emery was born March 17, 1949 in Johnson, Kentucky, son of the late Walter “Curly” and Elva Cora Goble Blevins. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother,  Sammy Blevins.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 23, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Tobe Wheeler and Doug Kestner officiating.  Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, KY.   Friends may call at Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until of service at 2:00 p.m.
