Ada Ella Mae Slone, 77 of David, KY, passed away June 23, 2021 at Highlands ARH. Born December 18, 1943 in Floyd Co. KY, she was the daughter of the late Richmond & Rebecca Shepherd.

Visitation will be after 6pm Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, KY

Funeral services will be held at 12noon Monday, June 28, 2021 at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home with Prestonsburg United Baptist Church Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg.
