James S. Wells, age 75 of Wittensville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021 at his residence. Born September 16, 1945 in Johnson County, Kentucky, to the late Arlie Wells, Jr. and Julie Mae (Stambaugh) Wells.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 30, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with Wayne Price officiating. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 from 11:00a.m. until time of services at 2:00 p.m. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
