Jacob Tyson Gregory Blair, age 11 of Hager Hill, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at the University of Kentucky Albert B. Chandler Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Born October 29, 2009 in Lexington, Kentucky to Gregg Blair and Melinda Crace Blair.

Jacob loved all things related to trains, especially Thomas the Train.

Funeral services will be held 3:00pm Saturday, July 3, 2021 at the Collista Freewill Baptist Church, 1293 KY RT 825, Hager Hill, KY 41222 with burial to follow in the Family Cemetery on Middle Fork. Toby Johnson and Marvin Adkins will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Friday from 6:00-9:00pm and on Saturday at the church from 12:00pm until time of services at 3:00pm.
