Peggy Hampton, age 79 of Thelma, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at the Riverview Health Care Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Born November 5, 1941 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Richard Hampton and Pauline (Holbrook) Castle. 

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Saturday, July 3, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:00-9:00pm and on Friday from 9:00am-9:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
