Vickie Schindler, age 72 of Volga, Kentucky passed away Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Mountain Manor of Paintsville.

Born May 18, 1949 in Paintsville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Arbutus (Honeycutt) Ratliff of Volga and the late Irvin Ratliff.
