Kings Island officials announced last night that their park would be going completely cashless come mid-July, meaning no physical money will be accepted.
Accepted forms of payment include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
During its reopening plan, Kings Island attempted to stay contactless by requiring customers to download an app for use at touchless turnstiles.
In the future, if customers are without a card, they can use one of the park’s “Cash-to-Card” kiosks, free of charge.
