A 2 year old boy was spotted in a parked car outside of Gutermuth Elementary School, the child has been identified as Lavontae Swain of Louisville, when spotted in the vehicle, he was observed to have been in cardiac arrest. The Jefferson County Corner’s office states the boy’s death was consistent with hyperthermia. Officials state the car was parked, and the boy was in it alone. Police are still investigating.
