After a video surfaced of him confronting a Hazard Community College student in regards to her license plate, Perry County Clerk Haven King was found guilty of official misconduct and harassment. He will not be serving jail time, however has been ordered to pay $750 in fines. Sentencing for King will start on May 19th . It is not known as of yet if King will resume the duties of County Clerk or if he will resign.
