Juanita Reed Crum, age 80 of Banner, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, Kentucky. She was born April 8, 1941 in Hippo, Kentucky to the late Floyd & Sally Reffitt Shepherd.

Visitation will begin Sunday, July 18, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 19, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Bill Kirby & Jerry Kirby officiating

Burial will follow at Reed Cemetery, Hippo, Kentucky
