A man is dead following a shooting on Cow  Creek Road in Stanton. According to a press release Melissa Roberts was confronted in her home by Steven Strange.  He died after being shot in the chest. The Powell County Coroner pronounced Strange dead and officials say they will continue to investigate the incident.
