Lorraine Smiley, age 93 of Betsy Layne, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Riverview Health Care Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born October 24, 1927 in Logan, West Virginia to the late L.M. Miller & Eva Jones Miller.

Visitation will begin Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 7pm at the church

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, July 25, 2021 at 11am at Betsy Layne Freewill Baptist Church, Betsy Layne, Kentucky with Tracy Patton, Jackie Miller & Barry Clark officiating

Burial will follow at Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, Kentucky
