Thurman Horn, age 91, of Inez, KY passed away July 24, 2021 at Martin County Nursing Facility. He was born June 6, 1930 in Martin County, KY to the late Sanford and Inez Keaton Horn.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 1 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Garrett Mills officiating. Burial will follow in the Horn Cemetery on Little Mudlick. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday and Tuesday from 6 PM to 9 PM each night. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
