Kenneth Paul Owens, 72 of Hardy, Kentucky who went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, July 28, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.
Paul was born on September 1, 1948, in Floyd County, Kentucky to Ernest and Vada Owens.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021, beginning at 12 Noon at R.E. Rogers Funeral home chapel. The funeral service will begin at 1 PM after the visitation, with Larry Hubbard and Roger Bogar officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain View Memory Gardens, Huddy, KY, with Paul’s grandsons, family and friends serving as pallbearers. Belfry Chapter #141 DAV will conduct military services. R.E.
