Verna Lois Woodard Childress, 92 of Prestonsburg, KY, passed away August 2, 2021 at Riverview Nursing Home, Prestonsburg, KY. Born November 7, 1928 in Ona, WV, she was the daughter of the late Manford E. & Clarissa Davis Woodard.

Visitation will be after 6pm Tuesday, August 3, 2021 and all day Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin

Funeral services will be 1pm Thursday, August 5, 2021 at the funeral home with Bill Collins officiating. Burial will be in Richmond Cemetery, Prestonsburg, KY
