Carolyn Ward, age 71 of Wittensville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville.

     Funeral services will be held 11:00am Friday, August 13, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Thursday and anytime prior to the service on Friday. A complete obituary will be posted later.
