Phyllis Ann Blanton, age 78, of Van Lear, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at home.
Phyllis was born June 14, 1943 Clark County, Ohio. Daughter of the late Nellie Gillispie and adopted parents, Orville and Sarah Brunton.
Graveside Service will be held August 28th at 11am at Patty Flat Cemetery, Flat Gap, KY. Pastor Kevin Collins will be officiating.
