Okey Stanford Varney, 73, McCarr, KY,  went to be with the Lord on Thursday August 12, 2021, at the Tug Valley Regional Medical Center.  Okey was born October 23, 1947, in Varney, WV, to the late Cleatus Varney and Essie Tiller Varney.

Visitation will be family from 5-6 PM then open to everyone from 6-9 PM Monday, August 16th, 2021, at the funeral home.  Funeral services will be Conducted at 1 PM on Tuesday, August 17th, 2021, at R.E. Roger’s Funeral Home with Rev. William Stanford ‘Stan’ Varney officiating.  There  will be a dinner immediately following the Tuesday service.
