Patricia Slone Finkbone, age 71, of Pikeville, Ky., passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at the Pikeville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Patricia was born in Pike County, Ky. on January 8, 1950, to her parents the late Halter Slone and Gaildeane Ratliff Slone.

Visitation will be Monday, August 16, 2021, 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 17, 11:00 AM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Bill Staggs and Randy Bentley officiating.

Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery, Shelbiana, Ky.
