Before becoming a district judge, Former District Judge Jeff Brock was first a student at Harlan High School, and then went on to become a local attorney. People in his community have repeatedly used respect, in describing his attitude toward other people. Memorial Services will be held Saturday on April 30th, at 1:pm. At the Harlan Christian Church, Jeff Brock was 55 years old upon his passing.
