Debra Slone Lee, age 61 of Harold, Kentucky formally of Knott county passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born on December 12, 1959 in Perry County, Kentucky to Nella Rose Watson Slone and the late Robert Slone.

Funeral services for Debra Slone Lee will be held on Friday August 20, 2021 at 2PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with Ray Davis III officiating. Funeral Services will be streamed live via the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home Hindman Chapel Facebook page.

Visitations will be held on from 5PM-10PM Wednesday August 18, 2021 and anytime Thursday with services at 7PM Thursday evening, officiated by Paul Watson, Corey Watson, Elwood Cornett, Jim Fields.

Burial will be at the Mountain Memory Gardens in Hindman, Kentucky.
