Teresa Ann Price, age 61 of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021 at her residence. She was born April 27, 1960 in Allen, Kentucky to the late William Bill “Kilgore Woods & Pauline Crisp Woods.

Visitation will be held Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Monday, August 23, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky
