Eddie Jackson Sammons, age 73 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, August 22, 2021 at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was born June 5, 2021 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Lee & Rhoda Elliott Sammons.

Visitation will begin Monday, August 23, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
