Jackie Deskins, 75, of Pinsonfork, KY, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021, in the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY, surrounded by his loving family. Jackie was born September 8, 1945, at Dix Fork, KY, the son of the late Ermal Deskins and Dollie Blackburn Deskins.

Visitation for Jackie will be held from 6 – 9 PM, Friday, August 20, 2021, at the R. E. Rogers Funeral Home chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM, Saturday, August 21, 2021, in the funeral home chapel with Timmy Lucas and Jerry Deskins officiating, Jackie’s grandson, Tucker Moye will be reading the obituary. Jackie will then be laid to rest at the Blackburn Cemetery, Sidney, KY, with Kevin Deskins, Carl Starr, Dane Robinson, Corey Charles, Chase Maynard, Woody Larder and Chris Bills serving as pallbearers.
