According to an article from WYMT, Official investigators say beginning in 2004, 46 year old Bobby Stacy of Hazard forced an 11 year old girl to perform oral sex on him. He is alleged to have also forced a 12 year old, on two separate occasions, to perform oral sex on him. Stacy has also attempted to engage in sexual activity with the girls to quote “prepare them for marriage” Kentucky State Detective Joe Dials testified in the case. Stacy is looking at an 8 count indictment on charges including sodomy, sexual abuse and unlawful transaction with a minor.
