Robbie Keith Sincell, 57 of Fayette N.C., formerly of Phelps, Ky. departed this life in August 2021 in N.C.

Born November 13, 1963  a son of the late James Olin Sincell, and Gracie Wolford Sincell.

James will be honored by a memorial set for his family at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Jones and West Funeral Home at Phelps, Ky.
