Thomas Edwin Campbell, age 60, of Mousie, KY, passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021, at the Hazard ARMC in Hazard, KY.
He was born at St. Petersburg, FL on September 30, 1960 to Thomas Chandler Campbell and Geraldine Combs Campbell.

Funeral services for Thomas Edwin Campbell will be held at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 1:00PM with Clyde “Bud” Wicker and Kenny Salmons officiating. Burial will follow at the Turner-Campbell Cemetery at Mousie, KY. Friends may call for visitation at the Chapel, Tuesday from 11AM and 1PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the Hindman Funeral Services for help with funeral expenses.
