J.B. Compton, age 80, of Radcliff, Ky, formerly of Island Creek, Pikeville, KY., passed away on August 27, 2021, at the home of his son.

J.B. was born in Pike County, Ky., on December 27, 1940, to his parents the late Georgie Compton and Lilly Leedy Compton.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 29, 2021, at 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with church services at 7:00 PM.

Prior to the funeral visitation will be held on Monday, August 30, 2021, from 11:00 AM till 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be Monday, August 30, 2021, at 1:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with John Paul Hamilton will be officiating.

Entombment will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery, Shelbiana, Ky.
