Lizzie Bailey Allen, age 85, of Allen, KY, widow of Kenneth Raymond “Buzz” Allen, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021 at the Highlands ARH, Prestonsburg, KY. She was born November 14, 1935 in Hippo, KY, a daughter of the late Haskell and Area Prater Bailey. She was a member of the Martin Church of Christ and a homemaker.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday, September 3, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Martin Church of Christ, Martin, KY, with Gary Mitchell officiating.  Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY, visitation is after 5 p.m. Thursday at the church, under the direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
