Charlotte Cornett Slone, age 53 of Hindman.. Passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at the Hazard ARH in Hazard, Kentucky. She was born on May 7, 1968, in Hazard, Kentucky to James & Racheal Messer Cornett.

Funeral services for Charlotte Cornett Slone will be held on Monday September 6, 2021 at 1PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with Jamie Hughes, Eugene Thacker & Robert Slone officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday September 4, 2021 6PM-10PM at the funeral home and any anytime Sunday until 10PM with services at 7PM each evening. Burial will follow at the Green Slone Cemetery in Garner, Kentucky. Charlotte will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
