Nell Ruth Slone, 77, of Prestonsburg, died Monday, August 30, 2021 at Martin County Healthcare Center. She was born on February 11, 1944, to the late David and Virginia Daniels Leslie.

A memorial service will be announced as arrangements are still pending. Arrangements under the direction of Carter Funeral Home.
