Reggie Gene Tuttle, age 74, of Dema, KY, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021, at the Greg & Noreen Wells
Hospice Center in Hazard, KY.
He was born at Lackey, KY on December 9, 1946 to Elium Tuttle and Kossie Thornsberry Tuttle.

Funeral services for Reggie Gene Tuttle will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Friday, September 10,
2021 at 11:00AM with Old Reg. Bapt. Ministers officiating. Burial will follow at the Henry Tuttle Cemetery at Kite, KY.
Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Thursday evening after 6PM with additional services at 7PM.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to help with funeral expenses.
For those who cannot attend the Funeral will be Live on Facebook.
The family requests that masks be worn at all times.
