Tonya Miller Mullins, age 52 of Hindman, Kentucky passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021, at the Hazard ARH in Hazard, Kentucky. She was born on November 4, 1968, in Kendallville, Indiana to the late Crit and Margaret Rose Gibbons Miller.

Funeral services for Tonya Miller Mullins will be held on Friday September 17, 2021, at 12PM at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with Cullen Caudill officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday September 16, 2021, from 6PM-9PM at the Funeral Home with additional service at 7PM. Burial will follow at the Ritchie Cemetery in Fisty, Kentucky. Tonya will be missed by all that knew and loved her. Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky in care of arrangements.
