Lonnie Howard, age 72, a resident of Falcon Road in Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.
Lonnie was born August 24, 1949 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of the late Melvin and Myrtle Lemaster Howard.
