On Sunday, September 12, 2021, Goldie Scott Davis, of Mount Sterling, KY, formerly of Chattaroy, WV, was unexpectedly called home by her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, surrounded by her family who loved her so much.  Goldie was born June 14, 1951 to the late Rass Scott and Sadie Canterbury Scott. She was 70 years young.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 17, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Rev. Bill Davis officiating.  She will be laid to rest in the Mountain View Memory Gardens at Maher, WV with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Thursday evening at the funeral home.

Out of respect for the well-being of one another, the family would kindly ask that masks be worn while inside the visitation and service.
