He was born at Garner, KY on May 6, 1940 to Raymond Watts and Theda Click Watts.

Funeral services for Leon Watts will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Thursday, September 23, 2021, at
11:00AM with Bufford Hall and Johnny Patrick officiating. Burial will follow at Gayheart Cemetery at Garner, KY.
Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Wednesday evening from 6PM to 9PM with additional services at 7PM.
